Previously, He worked at City One Paris where he will be in charge of developing the SFR customer portfolio. He also worked as a consultant for Hasbro, CEMAC & Warid Telecom. Promoter and organizer while sponsored by the UNDP, his events allow more than 15,000 young Congolese to familiarize themselves with tomorrow's jobs and Congo's employers.

P. Franck Davy NGONDZI NDEKE

Franck has an extensive background in financial analysis, deal structuring, and portfolio management, making him an invaluable asset to our firm. He has successfully led numerous investment transactions across various industries and has a keen eye for identifying opportunities with high growth potential. Franck is the CEO of Golf Club of Brazzaville.

Previously, he worked at Strategie & Gouvernance where he built with colleagues strategic development plan for the postal bank of Congo and the national telecom Operator (Congo Telecom). He is the name behind multiple financial reporting of Ecobank and one of the great agent of BCI bank known for managing portofolios with high records in customer prospecting, origination and Financing.

Herve GNALI GOMEZ

Herve is a strategic & corporate finance professional with an emphasis on business development. He is reputated to be a good communicator with the ability to motivate and influence within multi-cultural environments. He studied Finance, Treasury, Financial Engineering, Project Management, International Business and completed an MBA in Paris & London.

Founder & Managing Partner

He worked as a Senior Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand on specific tasks (organization, procedures, M & A) in the Central Africa area. Renowned for his financial advices, he founded G.Mercury & Cie. He gained considerable experience across a range of activities including, forecasting, asset financing, government negotiations, business planning, M&A, strategic business development and tax and organization optimization.

Christian KOYAGUEMO-BALAYI

Christian is an expert in Business Analytics Data Science. With more than a decade of experience he has worked for BNP Parisbas and the National Bank of Canada. He is graduated in Business Intelligence from the University of Sherbrooke. Christian plays a crucial role in evaluating potential investments, monitoring portfolio companies, and supporting investment decision-making processes.

He was responsible for Corporate treasury for developing a program for calculating liquidity ratios allowing the calculation of equity in order to follow the recommendations of the Basel III agreements at the National Bank of Canada. he was assistant branch manager with advisory responsibilities in private wealth management, tax optimization, performance analysis and branch efficiency.

Kluivert TCHILIMA

Kluivert is one of the golden nuggets of our company. He early graduated in Applied Géosciences from Montan Universität of Leoben in Austria, where he get passionate with tech & Innovation industries. Ultimately, his mission is to support the firm's investment strategy by leveraging his skills and expertise to identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities that generate returns for the firm's investors.

IT & Alternative Investments

He worked as a Social media manager and IT Officer in telecom operators of Burkina Faso and Congo. He gained considerable experience across a range of activities including, forecasting, asset financing, programming and digital Marketing. He also play a role in developing and implementing data analytics strategies, that provide insights into investment performance and help the firm make more informed decisions.

Kanitsota LUMWAMU

Kanitsota (Kani), with over 25 years in international security & risk management, is experienced in Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the firm's investments. He holds a Master of Arts in Security Management from Loughborough University, UK and a Security Director Diploma from Arizona, USA and Certified Enterprise Risk Management Expert ISO 31000:2018.

He gained extensive experience in designing and implementing effective security & risk management solution for government, non-government organizations and private companies program and operation in complex, high-risk, conflict-affected emergency environments, as well as extensive experience crisis management. and with a deep knowledge of West and Central Africa. Maya-Scott ESSIE

Maya-Scott is an Administrator of administrative and financial services, Principal Treasury Inspector, expert in financial analysis. With more than 15 years of professional experience, he began his career in 2006 at the Ministry of Forest Economy, where he served for 2 years as head of the office for cooperation with international organizations.

He use his expertise to create financial models that help the company assess the potential returns and risks of various investment opportunities. He also intervenes in the relations between the institutions of the republic and our clients with regard to taxes, customs, the public treasury and the ministries. He developed solid skills in accounting management of financial department and in human resources management.
