1. Purpose of the Website
The gmercury-cie.com website presents the practices, structuring doctrine, publications, and interactive financial simulators of G.Mercury & Cie. Access to and use of the website imply unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Use of the Interactive Simulators
The three simulators available on the site (For States, For Investors, For Enterprises) provide indicative orders of magnitude based on the assumptions entered by the user. All calculations take place locally in the user's browser without any server recording. Simulation outputs do not replace a bespoke financial, legal, and technical structuring study conducted under a formal mandate.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention
Any communication of detailed project documentation, SPV models, or counterparty introductions is subject to the prior signing of a Non-Disclosure & Non-Circumvention Agreement (NCNDA).
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of the Congo and applicable OHADA Uniform Acts.
